During the two-hour visit, you will receive information about the “tree to bar” processing of cacao; the care of the fruit on the tree to the processing of the beans by fermenting, roasting and grinding to the finished product. You can exercise your taste buds by tasting fine flavor cocoa by using a chocolate tasting card to note the different flavours and smells. The most exciting part of this visit is that you get to make your own skrati (original cocoa product) using different herbs and spices to give it a personal touch.
During the visit you get to taste various authentic cocoa treats made by Tan Bun skrati. Cocoa and chocolate will have a whole new meaning to you after this visit!
